OMX/Nasdaq mooves operations back to Stockholm.
OMX /Nasdaq a valued client of Hughes Electronics is moving its operations back to Sweden and retaining only a Token London presence.
OMX the Swedish Bourse operator, a long standing and revered client of Hughes Electronics for many years were merged with American Bourse operator Nasdaq two years ago with the intention of forming a London based Europe wide platform.
Hughes Electronics is informed that the operation is being scaled back in London and moving back to Stockholm.
Paul Scott who spent years with OMX London and later of Verizon when the I.T infrastructure was outsourced to them said ‘It is very sad’ he kindly sent the following message to Hughes Electronics
